Is there nothing else to talk about in the economic crunch besides prices? Not in the least! Company president Alfred Hradil: “The prices for our sewer inspection CCTV cables are no longer the number one topic amongst our customers. Today the services we render are of greater importance since, in the medium to long term, you save more money with the right service support.”
That’s why Hradil offers to lend its customers replacement cables free of charge to replace damaged ones. There’s a 24-hour telephone hotline, staffed even on Saturdays and Sundays. Hradil’s technicians will even repair plugs on-site. Another thing to be considered: Every Hradil CCTV cable can be supplied from stock – either in standard or custom lengths.
Hradil continue to develop their sewer inspection CCTV cable rangeOver recent years Hradil has continuously expanded the range of CCTV cables sewer inspection compatible with the equipment. These products are available ex works for all the popular camera brands such as IBAK, JT, Rausch and iPEK. The latest range of highly acclaimed and innovative cables includes push cables for RICO, Riezler and RIDGID.
Alfred Hradil, managing director at Hradil Spezialkabel, emphasizes: “When constructing our cables for sewer inspection CCTV we do not merely copy the original equipment. In some cases we have broken completely new technical ground, especially with respect to material properties and resistance to wear and tear. In spite of this, our cables still carry out exactly the same functions as the original equipment.”
Ro-Ka-Tech has become a permanent fixture in the trade fairs calendar
Alfred Hradil: “Local and foreign visitors’ lively interest in the products on display at our exhibit booth proves that both the Ro-Ka-Tech and the subject of compatible sewer inspection CCTV cables have become firmly established. We will be returning to Kassel in 2010.”
